Nothing goes to a third party
The interview never leaves our systems. There is no outside model provider in the path, so there is no second company holding a copy of your people.

Security and privacy
Xakal runs its own AI on machines we own. Nothing a candidate says is sent to an outside AI company. Here is what that means, in plain words.
What changed
Most AI interview products send your candidates somewhere else. The answers travel out to a large model provider, get read on hardware nobody in the deal controls, and come back as a score. It works. It is also a promise you cannot quite make to your own legal team.
We used to work that way. We do not any more.
The model that asks the questions, listens to the answers and writes the report now runs on servers Xakal owns and operates. When a student finishes an interview at midnight, that recording goes to our machines and stops there.
The four things that matter
Four plain promises. Every one of them is a direct result of running the model ourselves rather than renting it.
The interview never leaves our systems. There is no outside model provider in the path, so there is no second company holding a copy of your people.
For an enterprise or a large institution the whole system can be deployed on your network. The interviews then never leave your building at all.
A score you cannot check is a score you cannot defend. Every number in a Xakal report points back to the moment in the interview that produced it.
A candidate keeps their verified profile and takes it to the next role. It is their proof. It was never ours to trade.
Who this is for
You hold the data of every student in the batch. Parents ask about it. Your board asks about it. With Xakal you can answer in one sentence. The interviews run on Xakal machines and no outside AI company sees a single student.
Your first question is who else touches this data. For most AI interview tools the honest answer is a list of companies. For Xakal the answer is us. If you would rather it were only you, we deploy on your infrastructure and the list gets shorter still.
Accountability
One day a hiring decision will be questioned. A manager will ask why this person and not that one. A candidate will ask what they got wrong. You need more than a number.
Every Xakal interview keeps its recording, its transcript and its scorecard together on one record. Every candidate on a role answers the same question set. So there is a real answer, with the evidence attached, and it is still the same answer six months later.
Deep technology
Anyone can call an interview model over the internet. That is a feature, not a company.
We can change how the model asks a follow up question and improve it on the interviews we have already run. A company renting a model cannot do that.
Every interview makes the next one sharper. The data that improves the system is ours, which is the part no model provider can take back.
No dependency on an outside provider having a good day. If the service is slow, that is our problem to fix rather than our supplier to chase.
A model tuned on Indian engineering interviews asks better questions than a general purpose one. That is the whole advantage of doing it yourself.
Straight answer
We do not hold a security certificate yet. We are not going to print a badge we have not earned, and you should be careful with any young company that does.
What we have instead is an architecture you can inspect and a system you can test on a real role before you commit to anything. Bring your hardest questions to the demo. We would rather answer them now than in your renewal meeting.
Questions
Everything buyers and candidates ask before they start.
Then bring us the questions they come back with. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to answer all of them.
