Is the marketplace really free for recruiters?
Yes. Posting roles and hiring through the marketplace costs nothing. Free recruiter access is what keeps candidate supply high, which is what makes the pool worth hiring from.
What is included in enterprise?
Volume interview bundles priced per interview, the built in applicant tracking system, custom question libraries per role, and support for campus and bulk hiring programmes. Pricing starts at 100 rupees per interview and depends on volume.
Do candidates pay when an employer invites them?
No. Interviews an employer runs for their own role are paid for by the employer. Candidate plans cover practice interviews that build a verified profile.
Can I move between candidate plans?
Yes. Start on the free trial, move to a pack when you are applying actively, and move back down when you are not. Your verified profile and history stay with you either way.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes. Enterprise agreements are quoted on volume.
